Footnote 1 -- (Judges Chapter 1:1) "Yahweh" is God's proper Name, sometimes rendered "LORD" (all caps) in other translations.

Footnote 2 -- (Judges Chapter 1:7) The Hebrew word rendered "God" is "Elohim."

Footnote 3 -- (Judges Chapter 6:15) The word translated "Lord" is "Adonai."

Footnote 4 -- (Judges Chapter 6:19) 1 ephah is about 22 litres or about 2/3 of a bushel
